7. At last; if you choose
during the time you holiday with us to buy a holiday home or the second home
away from
home in one
of our projects, we will refund minimum 50% of
your purchased holiday package or the value you
have left in your purchase.

APPLICATION APPROVAL WHILE YOU ON HOLIDAY
Clients that can support the
necessary financial criteria and gain application approval will be given a
membership
linked with
additional bonus features, to enhance the standard benefits
available for our members.
By successful application and
agreement we will allow BOOKING UNLIMITED EXTRA WEEKS in addition to the
Weeks
in Thailand. This is from week 1 to week 52 (1st January to
31st December) in any year the membership
is valid.
These weeks irrespective of
accommodation size, from Studio through to 3 Bed Room apartments or houses
accommodating
2-8 persons cost a set booking fee of 2.800 THB (budget
holiday) to 30.000 THB PER WEEK
depending on location and are
also available
for unlimited friends and family use within our World Wide Partners
Resort Portfolio of over 3.700+ Luxury Residences.
You can book this accommodation from 30 days to 12 months in advance.
By doing the purchase agreement and pay the total amount in 60 days we give 3.5% discount on our Holiday Package.
